Sylvia Livia Popik Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2021, at the age of 74, Sylvia Livia Popik (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ron; her brother Dennis; and her parents, John Kuta and Mary Kuta. She is survived by: her sister Betty; her niece Karen (Anthony); her nephews, Todd (Wendy) and Curtis; her sister-in-law Sylvia; and her aunt Eileen. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to Covid and current restrictions, a private service will be held once cremation has taken place.

In memory of Sylvia, donations may be made to the Norwood Capital Care Palliative Unit or to the Whitsuntide Church Cemetery. she was art, and she was not painted by accident. every stroke of her beauty, imperfectly perfect, was created with purpose. -a.j. lawless.
