He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate and Steve; and his brothers-in-law, John Choney and Brian Biollo. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Terri Lynn Wlasichuk (Brian) and Stephen (Raanne); his grandson Edison; and his siblings, Loretta Choney, Anthony (Carol), Marcellus (Joanne), Charelene Biollo and Cordellus (Belinda). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Park Memorial Funeral Home (9709-111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
In lieu of other tributes, donations on behalf of Terry and his grandson, Edison, can be made to the Stollery Children's Foundation.
