He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget and Philip; his siblings, William and Lena; and his stepson Stephen.

He is survived by: his wife Marie; his stepchildren, Jennifer, Jane (David), Joseph (Richard) and Kenneth (Daniela); his grandchildren, Wendy, Gerard, Ashley, David (Rocio), Porter and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Téo, Lucia and Noah; his siblings, Ron, Edward (Mary Agatha), Joseph (Joan), Barbara, Madeline (John), Stella, Margaret (Christian) and Marie; and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and in-law siblings.
