He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Ernest; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his children, Murray (Cynthia), Ivan (Carmen), Amanda and Tina (Jordan); and his niece Tracy. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y 6A2).
