We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2021, at the age of 83, Tivadar Szabo (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Imre Szabo and Margit Szabo; and his brother Zoltan Szabo. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Erika Hunting (James) and Eva Szabo-Brandt (Glen); his grandchildren, Janelle of Edmonton, Julie Hunting of Edmonton and Kody Brandt of Edmonton; his nieces, Martha Szabo of Kitchener, Krisztina Szabo (Kristian) of Toronto and Vancouver; and his sister-in-law Klara Szabo of Mississauga.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the University of Alberta or your local University in honour of Ted's love of learning.
