He is survived by: his parents, Stan Smith and Janis Smith; his brother Kyle Smith; his stepsisters, Lisa Zelisko (Darcy), Laura Munro (Grant) and Karen Williams (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Zelisko (Braelynn), Cameron Zelisko, Vanessa Williams, Haley Millander (Desmond) and Riley Smith (Melanie).
