It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Trincy Buwalda (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Chris, Grace and Betty; and her brothers-in-law, Tony Millenaar and Bert Visscher.
She is survived by: her husband Anko; her children, Doug Buwalda (Niki), Dianne Eklund (Mark), Peter Buwalda (Lisa) and Kathryn Gass (Mark); her grandchildren, Elias (Hillary), Tylo Blais (Tim), Jacqulynn Berreth (Dan), Josiah, Evan, Jenna, Alyssa, Cooper and Sawyer; her great grandchildren, Theo, Jairus, Ophelia, Tate, Jethro and Mateo; and her brothers, Steve, Luke, Henry and Pieter. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Christian Reformed Church (13427 57 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5A2G1).
