“I will miss Val dearly, gone but not forgotten We spent many hours on the phone talking and singing to Gordon Lightfoot I'm sorry she ended up in Cold Lake I was looking forward to her moving to Leduc where I knew she would have got the help she needed Val was only one year older than my son I was glad that Val enjoyed a close relationship with her Mom(Juanita) albeit long distance but close non the less. I am also glad she got to meet her grandaughter this made her very happy giving her rides J”
