She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her parents, Michael Halushka and Angeline Halushka; and her friend Nick Stachnik. She is survived by: her children, Dalace Motiuk (Arden), Ken Kuhn, Karen Pederson, Carol Brown (Jim) and John Kuhn (Laurel); her grandchildren, Michelle (Trever), Larissa (Travis), Mason (Niki), Jessica (Tiffan), Kevin, Hannah and Davis; her great grandchildren, Tennyson, Brielle, Alex, Everly, Jaxon and Hunter; and her brothers, Myron Halushka (Angeline) and Jerry Halushka. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
