He was predeceased by: his parents, Justine Maller and Lester Maller; and his grandson Zackery. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his sister Helen Ferguson; his children, Brenda, Blaine, Paddy and Lori (Brian); his grandchildren, Kelsey (Adam), Bailey, Holly, Taylor (Aaron), Jordan, Quinn, Chloe (Braden) and Steen (Clara); his great grandchildren, Bennett, Hannah, Charlie, George, Phoebe, Rosie, Axel and Asher; and his caregivers, Medy, Benita, Charlita, Elvira, Germanita and Vern.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Derrick Golf and Winter Club (3500 119 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6J5P5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Stollery Children's Hospital.
