She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Huculak and Mary Huculak; and her siblings, Antonia Stefaniuk, Olga Zadorozny, Elizabeth Shemeliuk, Anne Wazylenko, Shirley Symchyshen, Jean Shapel, Teenie Shwetz and Michael. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
