She was predeceased by: her significant other Frank Caputo; her former husband Emil Kapach; her parents, Mike Repchuk and Pearle Repchuk; and her siblings, Shirley Repchuk, John and Victor Repchuk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie McCallum (Wayne), Dixie Gushta (Calvin) and Shirley Laiss (Mark); her grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Emily (Luke), Zachary (Olivia), MacKenzie and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Honey, Dominic, Enzo, Rocco and Lucia; and her sister Marie Gulinsky. She is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces.
