He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Huculak and Mary Huculak; his granddaughter Jenna Dechaine; and his father-in-law Walter Chrapko. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Anthony of Willingdon, Crystal Dechaine (Derek) of Bonnyville, Tanya Saskiw (Russell) of Myrnam and Ryan of Willingdon; his grandchildren, Alexandrea, Caydence, Cole Dechaine, Jaeanna, Harlen Saskiw and Allyson Huculak; his siblings, Katherine Maybroda, Victoria Beauchamp, Leona Ewasiuk, Annette Danard, Michael and Metro; and his mother-in-law Mary Chrapko.

Due to Covid-19, there will be a private family viewing on Thursday, November 26, 2020.
