She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Jacobs and Rhea Jacobs; and her brother Dale. She is survived by: her children, Keith (Gisele), Chris, Janet (Paul) and Lorne (Melanie). She is also survived by her four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
