He is survived by: his wife Temwani of Edmonton, AB.; his children, Sean (Laura), Jason (Emily), Brandon (Vera) of Toronto, ON, Thandi and Camila of Edmonton, AB.; his grandchildren, Verity and Lilli; and his brothers, Paul (Donna) of Calmar, AB, Larry (Margie) of Carbonear, Brian (Nina) of Carbonear, Chris (Lynda) of Carbonear and Neil of Carbonear. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Slade's Funeral Home (31 Powell Dr, Carbonear, NL A1Y 1A5). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edward Slade Memorial Chapel.
