It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William A. Burgess of Edmonton, Alberta, born in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mona. He is survived by: his children, Keith (Dolly) of Lac Ste, Brenda of Edmonton and Andy (Dianne) of Sherwood Park, AB; his grandchildren, Sarah (Tim), Peter, Rianna and Brendan; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Bianca and Asher.
Due to COVID health restrictions, a private family memorial service will be held at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810 34 Ave., Edmonton, with interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations in Bill's name to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the Edmonton Food Bank.
