As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Trudy; and his grandson John Paul. He is survived by: his wife Emily; his son Marvin Zarowny; his daughter-in-law Vivian; his grandchildren, Emilia and Isaac; and his siblings, Mary Karbashewski and Jim Petraschuk (Pauline). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (210 Haddow Close NW, Edmonton, AB T6R2P3).
