He was predeceased by: his parents, Ying Hai Wong and Seek On Fong; his siblings, Richard Fong, Charlie Fong, Theresa Chan and Nora Seeto; and his siblings-in-law, Ming Chan, Raymond Seeto, Man Look Yee, Fredrick Yee, Edward Ng, Elsie Fong and Deana Fong.
He is survived by: his wife Lily Gee Fong; his children, Andrea Fong (Richard) and Crystal Wang (Peter); his grandchildren, Abigail Wang, Aiden Wang, Charlotte Fong-Hanelt and Alex Fong-Hanelt; his siblings, Henry Fong, Rodney Fong, Betty Fong, Mavis Yee and Lydia Ng; and his sisters-in-law, Soo Hoo Fong and Mary Fong.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made in Wilson Fong's name to St. Joseph's Auxiliary Hospital (https://covenantfoundation.akaraisin.com).
