She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Bayrock and Olga Bayrock; and her goddaughter Alexandra Ollington. She is survived by: her brothers, Steve (Eyuka), Maychak and Eugene (Michelle); her great-nieces, Dakota and Maia; her cousin Peter (Julie) Kuntyj (Olena); and her friends, Maria Popiwchak, Dianne Wood and Karrie Darichuk.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Park Memorial Reception Centre (11015 101 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Park Memorial Funeral Home (9709-111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
In lieu of flowers, donations to pancreatic cancer research can be made to Craig's Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society (https://www.craigscause.ca) or the Cross Cancer Institute, in memory of Yaroslava Bayrock.
