It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Hugh Hinchey Sr. of Edson, Alberta, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth (Bess) and William (Bill); his siblings, Bill and Agnes; his siblings-in-law, Charlie, Allen, Gary and Edna; his niece Kathy; and his nephew Leo.

He is survived by : his children, William (Will), Hinchey (Ande) and Donald Hinchey Jr. (Donny); his granddaughters, Lilah, Eliza and Blakely; and his sisters, Donna, Karen (Lyle), Mary (Bruce) and Charlie. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
