He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Hall; and his sisters, Loma, Ethel and Dorthy Ellen. He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Seve, Eva Stelter and Ruth Egan-Hall; his close friend Susan Neu; his children, Ryan Hall (Adrienne) and Kerry Ruether (Scott); and his grandchildren, Gavyn Hall, Covin and Avaya Ruether. He is also survived by his family, friends.
