He was predeceased by : his father Harry Horn; his brother Hans Horn; his grandfather John Lavoie (Jean-Marie); and his cousin Todd Liske. He is survived by : his mother Rose-Marie; his sister Heather (Tylor); his nephew Zavier; his niece Ava; his grandmothers, Ruth Horn and Louise Lavoie; and his cousins, Haiden and Dayton. He is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.
