He was predeceased by: his father Harry Horn; his brother Hans Horn; his grandfather John Lavoie (Jean-Marie); and his cousin Todd Liske. He is survived by: his mother Rose-Marie; his sister Heather (Tylor); his sibling's children, Zavier and Ava; his grandmothers, Ruth Horn and Louise Lavoie; and his cousins, Haiden and Dayton. He is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.
