She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Chwyl. She is survived by: her sister Carol Jakubow (Frank); her children, Cheryl Anderson (Larry), Dale Chwyl, John Chwyl (Tim Grahn), Jim Chwyl and Mona Alexander (Bruce); and her siblings-in-law, Liz Orydzuk and Edward Chwyl (Mary). She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Evergreen Foundation; specific to the Parkland Lodge, designated to the Recreation Department.
