She was predeceased by : her husband George Kneteman; her sons, Bruce and Leonard; her son-in-law Dwight McLeod; her parents, Samuel Sutherland and Minnie Sutherland; her siblings, Orey Sutherland, Len Sutherland and Violet Harvey; her niece Jackie Schleppe; and her nephews, Jimmy Sutherland and Garry Sutherland.

She is survived by : her children, Jeffery (Barbara), Orey (Carol), Bonnie, Gaylayne (Larry) and Jayne (Tim); her daughter-in-law Alyson; and her niece Darolyn Mapplebeck. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
