It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Smith of Edson, Alberta, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Smith; her parents, Mary Bell and John James McNaughton; and her siblings, James, Wilfred, Jack, Robert, Catherine and Donna Brindza (Les) of Edmonton.
She is survived by: her children, Arlene (Lanny Chudyk), Beverly (Brad Semotiuk) of Edmonton, Jason of Ross Haven and Denise (Darren Drury) of Grande Cache; and her siblings, Alva Long (George) of Calgary, Joan Shelton (Tom) of Vernon, Sharon (Doug Acorn) of Grande Cache, Dennis (Betty) of Hinton, Leonard of New Westminster and Doug (Sandi) of Wildwood. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
