He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph William and Ellen Borrow; his spouse Fern Borrow; his children, Cathy, Paula and Joe; his grandchildren, Christine Stunzi (Ron), Lindsey Reid (Arthur), Brian Borrow (Sarah), Kenny Deans (Alicia) and Jesse Tkachuk; and his siblings, Florence, Dorothy (John) and Jim. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
