He was predeceased by : his parents, Nazar Chomlack and Mary Chomlack; and his siblings, Ann Gillis (Don), Pauline Till (Henry), Helen Cybart (Ron), Olga Lawrence (Vincent), Peter (Dorothy), Edward, John, Walter and Thomas (Evelyn).

He is survived by : his wife Pauline; his children, Brenda Embury (David), Craig and Curtis (Shellie); his grandchildren, Jordan and Anna; and his sisters, Caroline Nalesinuk (Ed), Irene Kaman (George), Lillian McCheyene and Marian Kaskiw (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
