He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Rohachyshyn; his parents, Alexander Rohachyshyn and Christina Rohachyshyn; his siblings, Alex and Helen Moskalyk; and his niece Shirley Rohachyshyn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane (Robert) of Slave Lake and Chrissy Brooks (Dan) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Michael (Alyssa), Jordan (Taryn), Justin (Sutton) and Morgan (Scott); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Austyn, Ruby, Leon and Claire; and his brother Victor (Inge).
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Church (11020 103 Ave, Fairview, AB T0H1L0).
