He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Chorkwa and Mary Chorkwa; and his sister Stephanie Kupiak. He is survived by: his wife Bea; his children, Steve Chorkwa (Fran) and Tanya Yakimitz; his grandchildren, Montana, Bryce and Blake; and his siblings, Peter Chorkwa and Lucy Zinyk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
