Leo Garand Obituary
In loving memory of Leo Garand of Falher, Alberta, who departed this world on July 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Leo leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Leo leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Garand and Jeanne Garand. He is survived by: his wife Delores; and his children, Gerry (Iris), George (Louise), Susan (Bruce Mowat) and Adele (Nolan Parker). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Chapel of Memories Peace River (9813 101 St, Peace River, AB T8S1S3). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Paroisse Ste-Anne Parish (1 Ave SE, Falher, AB T0H1M0).
