He was predeceased by: his wife Edith; his parents, William Kolody and Nellie Kolody; his sister Florence; his parents-in-law, Gustav and Ottilie Schachtschneider; his siblings-in-law, Bernie (Helen), Harvey (Donna), Herb (Shirley), Walter, Arthur, Hilda (Emil), Mary (Arthur) and Adele (Bert); his niece Jacqueline Buskas; and his nephew Darren Buskas.
He is survived by: his children, Dean (Joellyn), Bonnie (Shane), Connie (Jeff) and Bruce (Sheylan); his grandchildren, Emily, Colmer, William, Justin (Samantha), Amanda (Mike), Samantha (Jonathan), Benjamin, Katelyn, Jonathan, Bryden, Everett and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Lily, Arianna, Carter, Payton, Colt and Westyn; and his brother-in-law Alfred. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
