Al Borg Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2026, at the age of 88, Al Borg of Ferintosh, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Al Borg to pay them a last tribute.

Though Al has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his brother Henry. He is survived by: his wife Fay; his children, Wes Borg, Graham Borg and Penni Doucette (René); his stepchildren, Christine Cha (Ken) and Larry Galenza (Gale); and his siblings, Ollie Borg (Betty), Yarda Sluka (Willie) and Eleanor Van Der Hoof. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
