He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cooper and Edna Cooper; his siblings, Myrna Link (Clarence Sr.), Darlene Matwe, Allen Cooper and Viola "Vi" Rathje (Bob); his brothers-in-law, Enoch Nielsen, Einar Christenson and Carl Holland; and his nephews, Thomas Rathje and Kendall Cooper.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dorthea Holland, Adella Nielsen, Ken Cooper, Vernon Cooper (Sylvia), Gwen Christenson, Eileen Rathje (Harry) and Ivan Cooper (Hilda); and his sister-in-law Debbie Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
