He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Gerry Nykolaishyn and Kenneth Johnson. He is survived by : his sister Kaylee Nykolaishyn; his parents, Sara Johnson and Mike Nykolaishyn; and his stepsiblings, Ethan (Hailey), Jordan (Madison), Sarah and Jade Bownes.
