He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blake and Betty Blake; his brothers, Larry Blake and Floyd Blake; and his brother-in-law Richard Hattebuhr.
He is survived by: his close friend Heather Toth; his children, Daniel Blake (Wendy Choquette), Craig Blake (Taka) and Treena Blake; his grandchildren, Tanner, Sarah, Ryan and Rio; his siblings, David Blake (Lori), Linda Black (Clifford), Lorna Hattebuhr, Arlene Norton (Lorne) and Colleen Boucher (Jason Burshtinski); his extended family, Bill and Jackie; Tyler, Erika, Ryder, Dennis, Jessie and Hayle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
