He is survived by: his children, Josh Loewen (Carolyn), Chris Loewen (Jamie) and Serena Loewen; his grandchildren, Kaliyana Loewen, Briella Loewen, Hendrix Loewen and Jaxon Loewen; his siblings, Garry Loewen, Tracie Gunning, Sharon Loewen, Cindy Jachim and Aileen Stoesz; and his stepmother Ann Braun (Loewen).

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moose Lodge 5213 (5213 57 St, Lloydminster, AB T9V0V4).
