He was predeceased by : his son Russell. He is survived by : his wife Sandi Lynne Dziadyk; his children, Brandi Dziadyk (James Kovacs) and Geoff Dziadyk; and his close friends, Deb McGonigal and Wade O'Sullivan.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Zentner Funeral Homes in Claresholm, Alberta. * Proof of Covid vaccination or a negative test (within 72 hrs of the event) required to attend.
