He was predeceased by : his parents, Ricky Dowe and Colleen Dowe (MacKinnon); and his uncles, Bobby and Val. He is survived by : his sister Sarah Dowe (Ryan Mitton) of Amherst; his aunts and uncles, Gloria, Nancy, Trish, Buzzy and Terry; his cousins, Tony, Trudy and Ryan; and his friends, Jay and Eric.
