He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurthur Phibben and Donnas Phibben. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his child Kelsey (Matt); his grandchildren, Berklee and Kinlee; his son Jackson (Phoenix); his grandchildren, Hendrix and Koen; his children, Haylee (Tatiana) and Brekon; his brother Ryan (Julianna); his sibling's children, Memphis and Mason; his parents-in-law, Pete, Shirley Knight and Kirk Stewart; his sister-in-law Jody Stewart; and his sibling's child Carter.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Fort McMurray Golf Club (100 Real Martin Dr, Fort McMurray, AB T9H4V9).
In lieu of other tributes in Mike's honour, the family is requesting donations to Fort McMurray's SPCA.
