Holme; his grandchildren, Sam Toth (Monika Oliver), Abigail Toth (Corne Hoekstra), Noah Toth (Emily Grasdal), Cyrus Toth, Elsa Holme and Eva Holme; his great grandchildren, Westley Toth, Minke and Lucy Hoekstra; and his siblings, Betty Straus (Gerry), Don Holme (Kelly) and Rosemary Springett (Dave).
