He is survived by: his wife Undine; his sons, Justin (Janin) and Christopher (Kenzie); his granddaughters, Emma and Kate; his mother Susan Bork; and his siblings, Peter, Angela, Edward and Thomas. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Inside the Legion (9964 93 Ave, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L1N4).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation in Jeff's name may be made to STARS Air Ambulance.
