We bid farewell to Mary Elizabeth MacLeod (Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 31, 2025 at the age of 88. Mary Elizabeth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband James (Jimmy); and her parents, Mary Ryan and Andrew Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Earle (Cindy), Allister (Tina), Annabelle (Dave), Mary (Kevin), Donna (Derek), Cathy (Brian), Neil (Terri Lynn) and John (Kim); her grandchildren, Wendy, Jamie Lynne, Adam, Nicole, Chris, Travis, Jake, Patrick, Tessa, Rebecca, Brooklynn and Morgan; her siblings, Joy, Gail, Carol Ann, Linda, Wanda, Jo-Anne, Lawrence, Marie and Allister; and her great grandchildren, Angel and Mercedez. She is also survived by Nanny and Papa, as they are known to their grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ola Catholic Church (10004 101 St, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L1V9).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions can be made in the name of Mary MacLeod to Rivercrest Care Centre Recreation Department or for something special for a senior resident without loved ones.
