He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Cullihall and Michelle Martinell; his stepfather Andy Alexander; his siblings, A. J., Lily and Jack Alexander; his grandparents, Debbie Fowler (Chris), Sue Brown, Brad Martinell and Donna Fehr; his great-grandparents, Muriel Helmer, Evelyn Cullihall and Gordon Fehr; his aunts and uncles, Jon Cullihall (Jamie), Braden Martinell (Christine), Andrew Rurka, Janine Martinell, Natasha Rurka (Chris Ouellette) and Alexandra Rurka (Adam Graceffo); his cousins, Damon, Hudson Marinell, Asia Hennigar and Kale Zawalykut; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Jim Helmer (Pam), Jim Cullihall (Paulette), David Watchorn, Bob Martinell (Rose), Joanne Cannon (Mike) and Hope Stampe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and dear friends.
