He is survived by: his wife Darlean; his children, Maureen Painchaud (Alain) and Joe Kroetsch (Hazel); and his grandchildren, Nicole Barter (Malichi), Matthew Painchaud (Laura), Warren Painchaud (Selina), Jonathan Painchaud (Ainsley), Anna, Joel Painchaud, Nadine Painchaud, Sophia Nelson (Cory), Sapphire Robertson (Carter) and T. J. Kroetsch (Jemma). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
