She was predeceased by : her husband Melvin Cardinal; her children, Stephanie Cardinal and John Cardinal; her grandson Connor Cardinal; her parents, William Peechowe and Annie M. Stanley; her grandparents, George, Agnes Stanley, Joe and Suzan Peechowe; and her siblings, Irvin Stanley, Gordon Stanley, Charles Jackson and Hazel Bearboy.
She is survived by : her children, Beverly Cardinal and Melvin Cardinal (Alycia); her adoptive children, Travis Thomas, Matthew Thomas, Cornell Tootoosis, Ryan Taylor Cardinal, Dean Stanley, Baby Len, Bobby Cardinal, Ervin Stanley, Bernard Fryingpan (Laverna), Vivian McGilvery, Shelley Whitford-Arcand, Crystal Osguthorpe, Trysta Cook, Sylvia Carter and Waskahat Girls; her stepfather John Joe Fryingpan; and her siblings, Lorraine Stanley, Marvin Stanley, Ronald Stanley, Kevin Stanley (Joyce), Freda Angus, Kenny Meestos, Glen Cook, Angie Meestos, Eliza Brertton (Oliver) and Margaret Rose. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
