He was predeceased by : his son James; his parents, Mike Luciak and Annie Luciak; and his siblings, Joyce Pirnak and Jim Luciak.

He is survived by : his wife Tina; his children, Michael Luciak (Karen) of Glendon, Catherine Miller (Joel) of Glendon and Debra Luciak (Jake Scheck) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Jonah, Mady, Ben, Emily, Bekah, Lyla, Brody, Ryder, Rush, Sway and Eli; his sister Chris Cadrin (Richard) of Glendon; his brother-in-law Elmer Pirnak of Sherwood Park; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Denis, Brad, Leanne, Danielle and Melanie.
