He was predeceased by : his parents, Asa Cotton and Hazel Cotton; his siblings, Louella (Mike), Lenora (Omer), Irene, Francis and Fred; and his siblings-in-law, Mary (Petro), Stella (Pat), John and Tom Starosielski.
He is survived by : his wife Gloria; his children, Myles (Noreen), Gina Beniuk (Julius), Nadine Kissel (Garry) and Maryann Kwiatkowski (Roger); his grandchildren, Shawn (Rebecca), Myron, Sharlene (Tyler), Jason, Grant (Alicia), Troy (Jen), Shane (Julie), Robyn (Jeramie), Kurt (Ceceil) and Steven (Linda); his brother Leverne Cotton (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Agnes Cotton, Doreen Starosielski, Bernie Diecksmeier and Emil Starosielski (Sheila). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
