We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2021, at the age of 81, Johnnie Doonanco of Glendon, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack and Helen; his brothers, Peter and Roy; and his brothers-in-law, George Chrapko and Metro Kushniruk.

He is survived by : his wife Mary; his daughter Deborah; his siblings, Marina Chrapko, Frances Kozak (Victor) and Glenn (Louise); and his siblings-in-law, Sylvester, Elaine Doonanco, Pat Doonanco, Anne Poulter, Irene Fawcett and Margie Kushniruk. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

“Dear Mary. We are very sorry to hear of Johnnie's passing. We can't be there because of the pandemic, but we are all thinking about you and remembering all the great things Johnnie did for Glendon. We enjoyed our time when we were in Glendon for our short visits. Will see you when it is safe to do so. Keep safe and know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
