He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Hagen and Bertha Hagen; his brother Donny Hagen (Linda); his brothers-in-law, Bud Smigielski and Harvey Onciul; and his in-laws, Johnny and Esther Hogetveit.
He is survived by : his wife Elsie; his children, Melody Kwiatkowski (Ben) and Mitchel Hagen (Lorena); his grandchildren, Darcy White (Dana), Kyle Kwiatkowski (Angelina), Josie Kwiatkowski (Jake), Kaydence Hagen (Tanner), Jorja Hagen, Dalton Hagen and Holly Hagen; his great grandchild Rye White; his siblings, Eileen Smigielski, Edith Lukinuk (George), Lawrence Hagen (Bev), Barry Hagen, Keith Hagen, Kenny Hagen, Genie Gardner (Doug) and Liz Mathiot (Claude); and his sisters-in-law, Louise Onciul and Judy Karpyshyn (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
