He was predeceased by : his parents, Mike Lazoruk and Rose Lazoruk; his former life partner Angie Lazoruk; and his daughter Baby Lazoruk. He is survived by : his wife Mary Angeline Sciog; his children, Michelle Lazoruk and Trevor Lazoruk (Tara); his siblings, Alvin Lazoruk and Joanne Basarab; his niece Shaelena Lazoruk; and his sister-in-law Carol Sciog (Bill).
